LESSON 1: How to regress to the past life that holds the key to transform your present one:
Get yourself warm, comfortable in a reclining position and in a private place where you won’t be disturbed. We recommend having earphones in and a glass of water handy – this lesson will take you to the past life that has the key to transform your present one. All you need to do is show up and follow the prompts as you go.
Lesson 2: “Oomph” your spiritual connection – How to channel the wisdom from your highest possible guide:
Today is the day we honour the powerful bond you have with the higher realms of spirit. We also look at why Astrology is a powerful key for your past lives, plus a debrief to help you process your past life regression.
It’s time to learn HOW to connect SAFELY with the highest possible guide for you, so when it comes to lesson 3 you will be fully supported to navigate what comes up. You’ll need to get yourself warm and comfortable in a supported sitting upright position. It’s important you won’t be disturbed. Lesson 3: All Souls Day: Ancestral healing with karmic astrology.
In this lesson, the emphasis is on the souls that are more “human” and affect our lineage through unresolved trauma. This is the day for ancestral healing.
Today we focus on the parental Sun and Moon in your chart as well as Lilith. All point to your ancestral healing challenge. We end with a meditation to assist any struggling souls in your lineage to transcend to the light, setting them and yourself free and your Moon’s nodes which shed light on what keeps you stuck and where your path of evolution is.
Lesson 4: Chiron – The arrow of your Karmic wound.
Today we focus on where the karmic wound is for you because it’s here that your power ignites for your own healing and healing of others. To do this we look at where Chiron (the wounded healer) is in your chart and also what’s ruling and occupying your twelfth house (karma). You will come out of this session clear on what is the healing key for you in this life, and how your healing ability where others are concerned.
Lesson 5: Divine Your Karma.
Today we look at the aspects in your charts shedding light on so-called “good” and “bad” karma. Of course, there is no such thing as good and bad karma – each aspect has a positive and a challenge and today is about getting clear on what they are for you. After this session you will know what your blessings and challenges are and how to apply them to move you forward with your soul’s evolution.
Lesson 6: Your Sun (Present) and Ascendant (Past) Persona and purpose.

Whats the mindset for success here?
Some people do better than others in this course, and it depends on whether they are doing the do, or doing the don’ts! So here they are:
DO:
1. Follow the program step by step.
2. Be okay with not needing to understand everything in a single lesson.
3. Release any pictures of how you think things should go.
DON’T:
1. Overanalyse or try to get anything more than what you got.
2. Repeat any lessons until you’ve gone through the whole program.
3. Think you need to find more information than what the course instructs and go off on a tangent – you can absolutely do that when you’ve finished the 7 lessons.
What if I'm not sure about past lives and regression online?
It’s okay to have the jury out on past lives, in fact, we would encourage you to keep an open mind. Many a time something will come up which won’t fit your expectations, it may not be a past life, but it will be what you need to know right now. The key question is not “Is it real?” but “Does it heal?” If your answer is yes to the latter then mission accomplished! As for reservations doing it online, it sounds like a full-on thing to do online but do you listen to any online meditations? It’s no different.
Do I need to know Tarot or Astrology or any books or a Tarot deck?
Whilst some Astrology and Tarot knowledge can help (Tarot doesn’t come in until the final class) it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner – just be patient with yourself, it’s like learning a whole other language.
If you have a deck or two great, but no: You can get what you need for the last class (on Tarot) by searching images online.
Two books not necessary but recommended: The Astrology Bible and Past Life Astrology, both by Judy Hall can be a useful, helpful and fascinating facilitation to your deep dive alongside your lessons.
Is there any live group support?
This program was originally run as a live group program last halloween and is now a digital low ticket which means there is no group support.
However, feel free to ask questions in the comments in your lesson in your membership area and someone will get back to you.
